Our aim is to achieve zero accidents, illness and environmental damage

We aim to avoid as far as possible certain negative situations that may arise in the course of our activities and the negative situations that may result from them, and to ensure that our employees, our environment and our lives are not affected and endangered. To this end, we aim to identify the negative situations we may encounter in the course of our work and eliminate the risk by taking all related measures.

Information management and data protection policy

Respecting and protecting customer data is essential to us, which is why this Policy aims to protect customer data in accordance with current legislation.

In order to ensure this protection, LIGHT GROUP undertakes to collect and treat all customer data and information confidentially.

The purpose of the Policy is to inform customers of the purposes and manner in which LIGHT GROUP will collect and use data. It is intended to be in clear language in order to ensure informed customer consent.

Protecting customers' information assets against all kinds of threats that may arise from inside or outside, providing access to information as needed in business processes, while complying with legal requirements.

Raising awareness by providing Information Security Management training to all staff.

Periodically assess information security to identify existing risks and review and monitor action plans following assessments.

Preparing, maintaining and testing business continuity plans.

Report any existing or suspected vulnerabilities in information security to the ISMS team and ensure that any shortcomings are investigated by the ISMS team.

Meeting the company's requirements in terms of information accessibility and information systems.

Ensuring the continuity of the three basic elements of the Information Security Management System in all activities carried out; Confidentiality: Preventing unauthorised access to important information, Integrity: Demonstrating the accuracy and integrity of information, Accessibility: Demonstrating access to information by authorised persons.
